This proposed mixed-use project consists of approximately 164 multi-family residential units together with a potential 7,746 square feet of commercial retail and restaurant space. The site is a 3.41 acre parcel approximately 555-feet south of the southwest corner of 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The site was previously developed and the proposed development will replace two existing commercial office buildings. This pedestrian-friendly project will likely offer retail space on the first floor along 44h Street. The project is designed to reinvigorate the site with a contemporary “urban” architectural vision that will replace the “tired” existing two story garden office building.

As the project's interior designer, I worked on the concept ideation, spatial planning, design development and construction drawings for all interior spaces and amenities. I also modeled and rendered the exterior and interior spaces.
