Located in downtown Scottsdale, this 235 unit mixed-use project features a variety of unit types including ground level live-work units as well as one, two and three bedroom upper units. Shops and a resident’s lobby and lounge front Goldwater. Covered pedestrian walkways dotted with outdoor dining and seating further enhance the project’s street frontage.

Amenities include a large fitness with full height glass doors that open on to an outdoor yoga lawn area, multiple BBQ areas with trellised individual dining areas, outdoor seating with a fire pit and a luxurious “hotel style” pool and spa with tented cabana islands. Numerous pocket roof decks with trellis shade structures provide even more outdoor retreat options for residents.

As the project designer, I designed and rendered the exterior and interior spaces including the pool deck, fitness area and communal kitchen. Working from concept ideation and spatial planning through design development and construction drawings.
