This 269 room hotel is located adjacent to Scottsdale's downtown with vistas of the Arizona canal and Camelback mountain.
 

Highlights of the project include rooms that will bridge over 73rd Street, a rooftop pool and outdoor lounge, a large fitness center, a street level lobby and lounge with digital concierge bars.  Also included is a full service restaurant that will also provide room and bar service for guests. Large event and meeting spaces open on to their own trellis covered outdoor patios. Additional shops including a day spa all with covered walkways will front the main street. Additional hotel features include a covered motor court drop off and roofdeck level penthouse suites.

As the project's interior designer, I designed and rendered the reception, lounge and lobby. Working from concept ideation and spatial planning through design development and construction drawings.
