Currently under construction this 110 unit, 7 story project will feature dramatic architectural shapes of iridescent metal paneling and wood siding to accent the site's lively surroundings. Located in Downtown LA, the development fronts a bustling corridor home to LA Live, the Staples Center and the LA Convention Center. 

 

The street fronting ground level will include a café space, lobby and leasing center and 4 live work units. The podium level will include a pool and spa, fitness center and a clubroom. The roof deck will feature an outdoor bar, view deck with fire pit, barbecue area and sun deck.

As the project's interior designer, I designed and rendered all interior spaces and amenities. Working from concept ideation and spatial planning through design development and construction drawings.
