Perched along the Arizona Canal in Scottsdale, this 240 unit mixed-use project spans over 5 buildings all connected by a linear strip of recreational spaces and amenities. This proposed project features a variety of unit types including two story lofts and studios plus one, two and three bedroom units. Ground level units fronting 73rd st have large terraces connecting residents to the sidewalk.
Amenities include a spacious lobby and lounge, a separate two-story fitness building, a luxurious "hotel style" pool and spa, a boccie ball court, and an outdoor adult recreation pavilion. Numerous pocket roof decks with trellis shade structures provide even more outdoor retreat options for residents.

As the project's architectural and interior designer, I designed and rendered all exterior and interior spaces and amenities. Working from concept ideation and spatial planning through design development and construction drawings.
